About the Trips

We primarily fish the Flaming Gorge Reservoir on the Wyoming side of the lake.  Guided trips will include fishing gear needed for a comfortable and enjoyable adventure.

We are licensed and insured.
Permitted by Ashley National Forest.

We Know Fish

Our guides will show you techniques on how to catch whatever fish you are after.  There are three specific fish we target:  Rainbow Trout, Lake Trout, and Burbot.

You can keep the fish you catch if you choose to and your guide says it is okay.  If you don't want to keep the fish to eat, you can release the fish if the guide believes the fish is healthy enough to survive.  Remember, big fish are not the best for eating.  We encourage letting the big fish go.

But, be assured, we will get great pictures of your fish to help you remember your adventure forever!

Adventure & Experience

No experience is necessary.  We are here to teach you everything you need to know about fishing.

You will learn about fish finders, underwater cameras, augers, baiting, and jigging techniques.

You will learn about identifying safe ice so you can take your knowledge and ice fish on your own if you choose to.

Safety First

Gear provided for your adventure will be ice huts with heaters, chairs, poles and all tackle and bait.  We will supply ice cleats to use to safely walk around on the ice.  You will be supplied ice picks and shown how to use them.

All of our guides are CPR/BLS certified as well.  Your safety is our priority, and we are there to ensure you have not only a fun, but safe, adventure.

Night Adventures

Night fishing is our specialty.  We have all of the equipment needed to make your night enjoyable and productive.

Burbot are the main fish we target, which seem to be more aggressive in the evening and at night.

On average, a night of Burbot fishing will generally produce about 20-30 fish.  Our most successful night had 84 fish caught!
